I would like to recognize one of your employees, Fred Elgert, for outstanding performance. Fred went the extra mile in the installation process of my mother in law's Carrier heating and air conditioing unit. My mother in law is 86 years old and with the hot summer we had this year, she was very uncomfortable in her non air conditioned house. Fred expedited the sales and installation process to make her very comfortable in her home. The family really appreciated Fred's approach not only in the installation process but also the sales process.

The installers were great. They let us know what time they would arrive each day and were prompt. They also let us know when they were leaving for lunch and when they would be back. They were courteous, friendly and respected our home.

The technicians that installed our equipment were very professional, courteous and friendly. They spent time answering questions and exlaining things to us. I mentioned to the Mechanical Engineer that we worked with to thank them and tell them that we complemented there behavior and services. Very good team!
